The University of Louisville Cardinal Singers were invited to sing at the Choral Olympics in Bremen, Germany. We were there from July 14-18. We simply were looking to go and sing our best, enjoy being there, and hear some excellent choirs. But to our surprise we got more than that!! The Cardinal Singers won three gold medals...one in each category that we entered. We performed in the Chamber Choir category, Spiritual/Gospel category, and the Contemporary category. We were Category Winners in the Chamber Choir and the Spiritual/Gospel! Go check us out on here and here and here on the Choral Olympics website. I told them they should do an article on you all and Dr. Hatteberg. They sent it to the production co-ordinator to check out! I hope they have something about you all. Music is very important and doesn't get enough recognition. The pictures are beautiful! Take Care!
